Saturday 9:00am - 10:00am
Thursday 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Tuesday 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Come try out one of our classes for free and decide for yourself if it's for you.
A personal trainer will come to your home with all the required equipment or meet you at our training facility for a personal training session.
Personal Training Sessions
Your first session will include a 30 minute evaluation.
